This area seems like a game show to me. I think it helped that my friends made me a podium and buzzer and I had to ring in with simple, yet complete answers to the questions they hurled at me as disgruntled customers. (Of course, they were acting; all my clients are so happy that people in their life wonder what put that extra zing in their step!)  My prize for answering your questions and concerns correctly is the knowledge you feel comfortable making your purchase.       only accepts payment through PayPal. It is a safe and secure way for you to place your order and me to receive it. If you are ordering from outside the United States, please e-mail for shipping rates.

Shipping
Regular Orders
     Orders of ready made items (excluding anklets –see special orders) received by 5 p.m. Central Standard Time will be shipped out in 48 hours. They will be shipped by Standard Delivery normally taking 7-10 business days. You may request 2nd day delivery for an additional charge of $13.00 or 3rd day delivery for an exta $10.00.
Special Orders
     Anklet Orders – Anklet custom orders will usually have a 10-12 day turn around period for production depending on quantity ordered. If more than two anklets are in the same order, I will contact you and give you a timeline for you to receive your purchase.
     Special orders that require lengthening a necklace or bracelet, or earrings needing special post replacements due to allergies will be handled on an individual basis with me contacting the purchaser to arrange a delivery timeline. Most will require a 5-7 day turn around period, dependent on quantity of order and alterations. Additional fees for specific alterations will be determined for each order.
     If you have a deadline coming up fast and need an order sooner than the timelines mentioned, please contact me and we’ll see what mountains can be moved to hopefully make it happen. An additional rush fee will have to charged based upon quantity and timeframe.

Gift Wrapping
     Items can be gift wrapped for an additional $5.00. This will include a lovely silk pouch, surrounded by colorful tissue paper, topped off with ribbon and a bow!

Returns
     All sales are final. Dazzling digital camera pictures and extensive descriptions have been given to you so you can feel like the empowered consumer you are. So please make sure you are giddy to get your merchandise before you order it.
     Colors may slightly vary due to different computer screen qualities.
     Most items (unless they are noted) are one-of-a-kind. In the ever-so-slight possibility of a double-order before I can post a SOLD notice on the site, the person who placed the order second will be offered the option of a another purchase at a discounted price or a full refund via PayPal.
